1. How long will my flowers last?

The vase life of flowers varies significantly depending on the flower types. Usually they last 5-7 days, or potentially more if in optimal conditions. Therefore, we highly recommend you to take a few minutes a day to change water, cut the flower stems so that the beauty will extend itself slightly longer (plus… it is unexpectedly mindful to take care of your flowers).

2. Where do you deliver to?

As a mini-business (but growing!), we are trying to stretch our service areas as much as our capacity allows. Based in Oakleigh South, we deliver to most of the south-east regions of Melbourne with fee adjusted according to the distance to the delivery address. We do have free delivery offered to local areas near Oakleigh South, and sometimes special promo extending that to other regions too. Sign up for newsletters to get the latest news!

3. Why wouldn’t I buy from supermarkets or larger florists?

We are extremely grateful when customers choose to come to us for their flower needs. As a mini-florist, we try our very best to customise things as much as we can. You ask, we listen! We want to offer more flexibility and uniqueness to the floral experience you are after. Want a different type of wrapping? Different colours of ribbons? Leave a message in our inbox and we’ll get back to you asap.

4. Do you offer same‑day delivery?

We are doing 3-day notice at the moment. We are adopting this because we:

• Are starting small so we don’t get orders in a predictable manner

• Offer made-to-order blooms when needed

• Don’t want waste (imagine flowers just get chucked... my heart aches)

• Want controlled, polished product quality
