Seasonal & Unique
We work with nature. While your bouquet will match the style and value you chose, specific blooms may vary based on what is freshest in the market this morning. We promise it will be beautiful.
Delivery & "Authority to Leave"
To ensure your flowers arrive fresh, if no one is home, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot (Authority to Leave).
Please double-check the address! If we have to re-deliver due to a wrong address, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Standard Orders (Under $200): You can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before delivery. After that, a 50% fee applies as we will have already prepared your blooms.
Large Orders (Over $200): Because we source specialty flowers for large orders, we require 7 days' notice for a full refund.
Quality Guarantee
If something isn't right, please let us know immediately. Because flowers are perishable, we need you to email us a photo within 24 hours of delivery so we can fix it.
Your Privacy
We treat your data with respect. We only use your details to deliver your flowers and communicate about your order. We never sell your data, and your payments are 100% secure.
